Helical spiral staircase & glass balustrade

We were asked by the client to produce a spiral external staircase with an external spiral stronger and balcony with glass balustrade.

The Challenge & Solution

The main problem with this project was the limited space and head height we had to work with. Using maximum allowed tread depth and minimum tread angle gave us the required number of treads to reach the necessary height to fulfill the customers needs and produced a superb contemporary look.
